Pre-Made Items

Orders containing pre-made items are typically processed and shipped the same business day if placed before our shipping cutoff. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays will ship on the next business day.

Pre-Order Items

If an item is sold out, it will automatically become available as a pre-order (when applicable).

Pre-order items require additional production time before they ship. The estimated shipping timeframe will be listed on the product page. If your order contains both pre-made and pre-order items, your order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

Shipping Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Kache County is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
